Antonio Hilario

A graduate of the Université du Québec en Outaouais with a bachelor's degree in graphic design, Antonio Hilario has been working in the field of graphic design for nearly 20 years, creating websites and digital platforms as well as print media. He held the positions of graphic designer for the newsroom and production coordinator at Le Droit newspaper from 1997 to 2009.

From 2009 to 2015, he served as Director of Creativity and Projects at Idéeclic where he led the graphic design, interface design, user experience and innovation of the company's digital projects.

Today, Antonio Hilario is the coordinator and teacher for the graphic design program offered by La Cité at the Institute of Technology, Arts and Communication. In addition to offering a complete training to his students using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, more specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Xd and After Effects, he has a solid mastery of inDesign, Acrobat Pro and Première.

Antonio is continuing his education. He has successfully completed a graduate certificate in higher education pedagogy at the Université de l'Ontario français. In September 2022, he completed his Master's degree in Educational Technology at Université Laval with a final project on co-creation and learning in graphic design. The section Research presents some of the work done for the certificate and the master's degree.
